By accessing or using Star Battle – Two Not Touch, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your country), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on a device you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App
• Copy or distribute the App except as expressly permitted
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the App

Star Battle – Two Not Touch is available as a free download. To support ongoing development and keep the App free, it contains third-party advertisements provided by advertising networks such as Google AdMob.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may be displayed within the App, including banner and interstitial ads
• Ad content is determined by our advertising partners, not by us
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party ads
• Clicking on an ad may take you to a third-party website or app outside our control

All puzzle levels are pre-installed in the App. You do not require an internet connection to play. However:

• Ad serving requires an internet connection; ads will not display when offline
• Any future online features or leaderboards may require connectivity
• App updates are delivered via the App Store / Google Play and require connectivity

The App features a virtual currency system (coins). All coins are earned through gameplay and are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. Coins:

• Cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world goods
• Are not transferable between accounts or devices
• May be reset if you uninstall the App or clear app data
• Are subject to change, modification, or removal at our discretion

All content within the App — including but not limited to puzzle designs, graphics, artwork, sounds, user interface elements, and the game concept implementation — is the exclusive property of the developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

“Star Battle”, “Two Not Touch”, and associated logos and marks are trademarks of the developer. Unauthorized use of any trademarks, content, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the App's game mechanics
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App
• Interfere with the App's functioning or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to devices, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the App (which, since it is free, is zero).

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time
• Add, change, or remove puzzle levels, features, or game mechanics
• Modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms in the App or on this website

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
