Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Star Battle: Daily Logic Puzzle mobile application (the "App") provided by Star Battle ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever you downloaded the App from.

2. Accounts

You may play anonymously or create an account (including via Sign in with Apple or Google) to sync progress and appear on leaderboards. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to create an account. You can delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium tiers. Star Battle Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription ($2.99/month), an auto-renewing yearly subscription ($17.99/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($34.99). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the store before purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their respective policies.
• Virtual items. Coins, hints and similar in-game items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Fair play

Leaderboards and the in-game economy are validated server-side. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, tamper with the App or its network traffic, or interfere with other players. We may remove scores, suspend accounts, or revoke access for violations.

5. User conduct

Display names and any user-visible content must not be offensive, infringing, impersonating or unlawful. We may modify or remove such content and take action against accounts that violate this section.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its puzzles, artwork, themes, code and branding, is owned by Star Battle or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

7. Availability and changes

The App requires an internet connection for online features (daily puzzles sync, leaderboards, purchases); core play is available offline. We may update, change or discontinue features (including events, quests and content) at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Battle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 6, 8, 9 and 12) survive.

11. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Star Battle, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; Apple is not responsible for any product claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent not covered here.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of habitual residence to the extent required by mandatory local law, and otherwise by the laws applicable to Star Battle's place of establishment. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you hold under local law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
