Delete Your Account
Star Battle: Daily Logic Puzzle — by Star Battle
You can delete your Star Battle account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open Star Battle and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
You may be asked to re-authenticate first for security.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the App installed, email shivam.vaishnav@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account (or include your in-game display name). We will verify ownership and process the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- Profile data (display name, avatar, friends list)
- Gameplay progress: puzzle history, streaks, XP, levels, achievements, quests, coins and hints
- Your leaderboard entries
What may be retained
- Purchase verification records (receipts/transaction tokens) — retained as required for financial, legal and fraud-prevention purposes. Your subscription itself is managed by Apple/Google; cancel it in your store settings, as deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
- Abuse-prevention records where needed to enforce our Terms.
Timeline
Account deletion takes effect immediately in the App. Backend data is fully removed from our systems and backups within 30 days of the request.
Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions. Cancel first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — see Support for steps.
