Frequently asked questions

My purchase isn't showing up — how do I restore Premium?

Open the App and go to Settings > Restore Purchases while signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account you bought with. Premium is verified server-side and is tied to the store account that made the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.

I missed a day — is my streak gone?

Not necessarily. Streaks include grace tokens that can cover a missed day. Open the Daily Battle screen to see your streak status and available grace tokens.

My progress didn't sync to my new device.

Progress syncs through your account. On the new device, sign in with the same method (Apple or Google) you used before. If you previously played anonymously without linking an account, progress is stored only on the original device — link an account there first.

Do I need an internet connection?

Core play works fully offline. An internet connection is needed for the daily puzzle sync, leaderboards, purchases and cloud save. Offline progress syncs automatically when you reconnect.

How do hints work?

Hints come in three tiers that teach the deduction rather than reveal the answer. Free players earn hints via rewarded ads or coins; Premium includes unlimited hints.

Every board is machine-verified to have exactly one solution, but if something looks wrong, email us with the puzzle date/ID and a screenshot — we'll investigate.
